Let's give this a go

Well, I didn't think I'd ever have a blog, but for some reason, I decided to give it a go. Hopefully it will be something that I keep up with and update regularly, but I make no promises. I'm not wild about my current blog name (Kahn's Korner), so if you have any suggestions, please reply to this and let me know.

The Cyclones looked pretty good today in their NCAA tourney win over Minnesota. Let's see if they can hang with North Carolina on Sunday. I don't expect ISU to win, but it would be great if they can keep it close and make it exciting. I had the same thoughts earlier this year when they played Kansas in Lawrence, and that had a great result.

It snowed like mad today. I don't think I've ever seen so much snow come down in one day. It actually set a record in Rochester for the most snowfall in one day, 16.8 inches, and it's still coming down as I write this.
