Once again, I’m asking you to vote for your predictions on the Bears’ record this season.

I had a post up yesterday, but the thing crashed and it just a long-winded way of saying I more or less agree with what you wrote. In the Chicago media, people are being way too hard on Grossman, but Griese really is a pretty steady QB.
For me, the concern is the defense, which isn't as good as its numbers last year. If I were to make binary judgments on the defense of good/bad on each game, I would say those getting "bads" are Carolina (playoffs), Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Cincinnatti, NO, GB (both), and understandably MN (2nd time). Not all those teams are world beaters. Hewing it down to good teams they played well, you have Carolina (regular), Tampa Bay, and Atlanta* which I'm attaching an asterisk to because they're not that good and there simply isn't a man in the NFL more intimidated by Brian Urlacher than Michael Vick. (Also, they gave up tons of yards against Carolina, and TB really seemed to have it figured out at the end there.) They're a good D, but not a "win the Super Bowl with D alone" type of D.
Still, anything less than 10-6 is a disappointment.
Kahn, it was Cindy Lehne, and I didn't do it in front of the entire class just a couple of the mothers who were behind you kids by a couple of miles, I was dry by the time we finished up. I guess Ryan won't ever forget it. Cindy fell down the muddy slope and was on her back with legs and arms up in the air holding the video camera saying help me!, help me!. that was what was so funny. I like the distribution so far.
