I think summer is finally here, and stuff in the garden is really starting to grow now. I’ve expanded it every year that I’ve had it, but there isn’t much room left to expand past what I have now.
It’s hard to tell what everything is in the picture, and there is some stuff that I couldn’t get framed that is still further to the left. So this is what I planted this year.
- 4 rows of sweet corn
- 21 hills of potatoes (Yukon Gold and a variety of Red)
- 2 rows of peas
- 1.5 rows of green beans
- 16 tomato plants (Roma, Celebrity, Grape, and a couple other varieties from my Uncle Norm)
- Zucchini
- 2 hills of mini pumpkins (white, and orange ones)
- 1 hill of “Goblin Egg” gourds
- 3 short rows of carrots
- 4 broccoli plants
- 4 parsley plants
- 2 celery plants
- 25 pepper plants (Hot Jalapeno, mild jalapeno, bell, banana, Anaheim, and a couple other varieties from my Uncle Norm)
- 1 short row of garlic
- 5 short rows of onions (white and yellow)
I just can’t wait for stuff to start producing!
